Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the item has not yet been processed for picking, packing and/or despatch. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at info@petinmall.com. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and health reasons, we do not accept returns, therefore we strongly recommend that you order products carefully from our product chart 

Damaged Items

Although rare, sometimes items arrive damaged in transit. If this happens, please notify the courier and write on the delivery note that the parcel has been damaged in transit. If the item you have ordered is itself damaged, please send photos to info@petinmall.com and we can assist you with an exchange or return.
