Return Period :
In compliance with U.S. law, returns can be requested within the legally allowed timeframe from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items :
Due to hygiene reasons, products with opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs :
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. First Exchange shipping costs are covered by Pet In Mall.

Damaged Products :
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. If confirmed damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.
